For me tonight May 19th, it is going to be Fresh Cooper River Salmon just caught today up here in Alaska!!! Add that with some Baked Potatos & Mixed Vegatables... I am really hungry now!!!

It will be 5 months from now, May untill I get to have this for dinner again... Cooper River Salmon only runs 3 weeks/year in May!!! This salmon is worth the wait!!!

Well, dinner went awry. I went to McDonald's and their poor customer service, well to be mild, ticked me off. I lost my appetite and therefore, decided to fore go dinner. There is always tomorrow.
