Another conversation from my crazy boss today. Funny but kind of cool.

Me: "Boss I really stunk today. It won't be pretty but I can assure you I WILL GET BETTER !!"

Boss: "Oh, that position is going to kick your ass and frustrate the hell out of you. That's why I wanted you for it. You'll get pissed off and find a way to become good at it. Whereas most everyone else would get frustrated and give-up".
