How do you decide who will work at the Ranch. Do they need to possess any certain skills?

Having a Positive personal attitude and a desire to please are the two MOST important skills or qualifications, but of course a nice set of T & A helps too! [smilie=heart fill with love.gif]

Definitely, being a board member, looks and definitely the personality.
