It varies, depending on my mood. But I usually get a Dos Equis to drink (have been doing this long before the "Most Interesting..." commercials too). And I gotta have some Cholula brand hot sauce as well, to spice up the meal.

With mexican food, I'm such a creature of habit... It's always cheese enchiladas or chile rellenos... The BEST mexican food is in San Antonio... can't wait to go and visit my family there, for Christmas!
