More often than not your body will be reacting to the visual and mental biochemical "flood" that is happening when you're seeing someone. Your mouth will get dry and your lips will me dry as well.
Remember keep your lips moist with balm or a moisturizing lipstick and a mint or some gum will help keep your mouth from drying out.
